Preparation
Ce produit doit être cuit avant consommation. Sans décongélation préalable. À la casserole : Versez les haricots verts dans 1 litre et demi d'eau bouillante salée. Ramenez à ébullition et laissez cuire 10 à 12 minutes. Égouttez et servez. À l'autocuiseur : Mettez 4 verres d'eau dans l'autocuiseur. Versez les haricots verts dans le panier en position haute, refermez et laissez cuire à feu moyen 4 minutes dès rotation de la soupape. Égouttez et servez.

Salade de haricots verts au gomasio POUR 4 PERSONNES : 400 g de haricots verts surgelés Carrefour Bio, 1 échalote, une barquette de tomates cerises, 1 boîte de champignons de Paris Carrefour Bio, 3 cuillères à café de gomasio Carrefour Bio, 2 cuillères à soupe d'huile de sésame ou d'huile d'olive. - Faites cuire les haricots verts selon le mode de cuisson ci-contre. - Coupez les tomates cerises en deux et hachez finement l'échalote. - Égouttez les haricots verts dans un saladier puis laissez-les refroidir. - Ajoutez les tomates cerises, l'échalote et les champignons de Paris. - Assaisonnez avec l'huile de sésame ou l'huile d'olive et le gomasio. Le gomasio est un mélange de sésame et de sel qui assaisonnera parfaitement vos haricots verts.
